Dr. Nechvílová is an aesthetic medicine physician with extensive education and experience. A graduate of the 3rd Faculty of Medicine at Charles University and the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, she’s a member of several professional medical societies.
She specializes in dermatovenerology and is certified for BBL HEROic and MOXI laser treatments directly by Sciton. Her expertise includes:
In her practice, she prioritizes a holistic view of the patient and their health condition. She combines areas such as aesthetic medicine, lymphology, and obesity management. Within lymphology, she specializes in lipedema therapy and cellulite reduction. Her approach focuses on enhancing clients’ natural beauty, emphasizing individual strengths and longevity principles.
Dr. Nechvílová emphasizes comprehensive care, a personalized approach, and open communication with her clients. She actively participates in international congresses, training courses, and educational events focused on aesthetic medicine, lymphology, obesity management, and psychology.
In recent years, she has also dedicated herself to lecturing, presenting for professionals and the general public on topics such as weight reduction, therapy for gynoid-type obesity, and cellulite solutions. She gains her experience both in the Czech Republic and abroad, bringing the latest trends and technologies in health and beauty care to Allure Clinic.

With a background in economics and vast experience in management, trade, and design, Ms. Herychová previously worked for a multinational company in Paris. Since 2001, she has been active in Honoris Group, gaining international business experience.
She oversees business operations at Allure Clinic and is committed to its strategic development with the ambition of expanding beyond the Czech Republic.
