Full terms and conditions of the ‘Molderm Glow’ competition

1. Contest Organizer

The contest organizer is Allure Clinic, s.r.o., with its registered office at Pařížská 68/9, Josefov, 110 00 Prague 1, Company ID: 22246371, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 412293 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Contest Period and Location

The contest takes place from April 24, 2026 to April 30, 2026 (11:59 PM) within the territory of the Czech Republic via the Instagram profile of influencer @milenazampova cooperating with the Organizer and the email address info@allureclinic.cz.

The winner will be announced no later than May 10, 2026 on the Instagram profile of influencer @milenazampova.

3. Contest Participants

The contest is open to a natural person who:

  1. is female,
  2. has reached the age of 40 and has not exceeded the age of 45 as of the contest end date,
  3. has a delivery address within the territory of the Czech Republic,
  4. has never undergone aesthetic procedures, in particular the application of botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, laser treatments, mesotherapy, or similar invasive or minimally invasive cosmetic and aesthetic procedures,
  5. has dry or combination skin,
  6. does not suffer from any skin disease, does not have active acne, herpes, autoimmune diseases, or other contraindications preventing treatment,
  7. is not pregnant or breastfeeding,
  8. agrees to these contest rules in full.

Persons in an employment or similar relationship with the Organizer and persons close to them are not eligible to participate in the contest.

4. Contest Mechanism

Participants enter the contest by sending the following to the email address info@allureclinic.cz during the contest period:

  1. 3 facial photographs without makeup (front view, right profile, left profile), taken in daylight, with a minimum resolution of 1500×2000 px,
  2. first name, last name, date of birth, phone contact,
  3. a brief statement confirming compliance with the participation conditions pursuant to Article 3 of these rules,
  4. an email with the subject: “MOLDERM GLOW CONTEST”.

Each participant may enter the contest only once. Incomplete applications will not be included in the contest.

5. Selection of the Winner

The winner will be selected by an expert panel composed of Allure Clinic staff based on:

  • suitability of the skin for the MOLDERM GLOW treatment,
  • fulfillment of all participation conditions pursuant to Article 3,
  • quality of the submitted photographs.

There is no legal entitlement to the prize. The decision of the panel is final and cannot be appealed.

6. Prize

The prize is a complete series of MOLDERM GLOW treatments at Allure Clinic with a total value of 30,000 CZK including VAT, including an initial consultation with a physician.

The prize includes:

  • an initial consultation and dermatological assessment,
  • 3 MOLDERM GLOW treatments according to the protocol specified in Article 7,
  • post-treatment recommendations and a follow-up consultation.

The prize does not include transportation to the clinic, any additional treatments beyond the specified protocol, or cosmetic products for home care.

The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other product or service. The winner may not transfer the prize to a third party.

7. About the MOLDERM GLOW Product

Molderm Glow is a new development in aesthetic medicine – a bioremodeling mesotherapy preparation designed for deep hydration, improvement of skin elasticity, and smoothing of skin texture.

Effects of the treatment:

  • intensive hydration and skin brightening,
  • improved elasticity and tone,
  • reduction of fine lines and skin irregularities,
  • comprehensive revitalization and a “glow” effect.

Protocol:

The treatment is performed in the form of mesotherapy – application of the Molderm Glow product into the skin. The complete protocol includes 3 treatments at seven-day intervals (day 1, day 8, day 15). It is recommended to undergo all three treatments to achieve optimal results.

8. Contacting the Winner and Prize Delivery

The winner will be contacted by the Organizer via the email address from which the application was submitted, no later than 3 days after the announcement. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize and does not schedule the first treatment appointment within 7 days of being contacted, the prize is forfeited and the Organizer has the right to select an alternate winner.

The first treatment will take place at Allure Clinic, Pařížská 68/9, Josefov, 110 00 Prague 1, no later than 7 days after the winner is selected. The second and third treatments will follow at seven-day intervals (day 8 and day 15 from the first treatment).

In justified cases (e.g. health issues, menstrual cycle, or other obstacles on the part of the winner), the schedule may be reasonably extended upon agreement with the Organizer.

Before the first treatment, the winner will sign a standard informed consent form for treatment pursuant to Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on Health Services, and consent to the use of photographs and personal data for marketing purposes.

9. Health Risks and Liability

The participant acknowledges that MOLDERM GLOW is a medical procedure with possible side effects (temporary redness, swelling, bruising at the injection site, and in rare cases an allergic reaction).

A medical consultation will take place prior to the treatment. The Organizer reserves the right not to perform the treatment if the physician identifies any contraindications during the consultation. In such a case, the prize is forfeited without entitlement to compensation, and the Organizer may select an alternate winner.

10. Consent to the Use of Photographs and Personal Expressions

By participating in the contest, each participant agrees that the submitted photographs and any additional photographs taken during the treatment (before / during / after the treatment, including close-ups of the skin) may be used by the Organizer free of charge for marketing and promotional purposes, in particular:

  1. on the website www.allureclinic.cz,
  2. on the Organizer’s and cooperating influencers’ social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube),
  3. in printed and electronic promotional materials,
  4. in advertising campaigns (online and offline),
  5. at presentations and professional events.

Scope of consent:

  • territorial: worldwide,
  • time: indefinite, without time limitation,
  • use: by all means pursuant to Sections 12 et seq. of the Copyright Act and Sections 84–90 of the Civil Code (capture and dissemination of likeness).

The participant grants this consent voluntarily and may withdraw it at any time in writing by sending an email to info@allureclinic.cz, upon which the Organizer will cease actively distributing the photographs without undue delay. Withdrawal of consent does not apply to photographs already used in printed materials or campaigns that have already been broadcast.

The participant also agrees that her name does not need to be disclosed in connection with the photographs; however, the Organizer is entitled to publish her first name and age (e.g. “Anna, 42 years old”).

11. Personal Data Processing (GDPR)

The controller of personal data is Allure Clinic, s.r.o., Company ID: 22246371, with its registered office at Pařížská 68/9, Josefov, 110 00 Prague 1.

Purposes of processing and legal basis:

  1. Organization of the contest and prize delivery – legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Data: first name, last name, date of birth, email, phone number, photographs.
  2. Provision of healthcare services to the winner – legal basis: compliance with legal obligations and provision of healthcare (Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR in conjunction with Act No. 372/2011 Coll.). Data: medical records.
  3. Sending marketing communications of the Organizer (newsletters, information about offers, news, promotions, and contests) – legal basis: consent of the participant (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data: email, name.
  4. Use of photographs for marketing purposes – legal basis: consent of the participant (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) pursuant to Article 10 of these rules.

Retention period:

  • contest data: for the duration of the contest + 1 year,
  • marketing consent: until withdrawal of consent, max. 5 years from granting,
  • marketing photographs: indefinitely, until consent is withdrawn,
  • medical records: according to statutory retention periods (usually 10 years).

Rights of the data subject under GDPR:

  • right of access (Art. 15),
  • right to rectification (Art. 16),
  • right to erasure (Art. 17),
  • right to restriction of processing (Art. 18),
  • right to data portability (Art. 20),
  • right to object (Art. 21),
  • right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)),
  • right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

The participant may exercise her rights by email at info@allureclinic.cz.

12. Consent to Receive Commercial Communications

By participating in the contest, the participant grants the Organizer explicit consent to process her email address for the purpose of sending commercial communications and marketing information related to the services and products of Allure Clinic, in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, and the GDPR.

This consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by email at info@allureclinic.cz or by unsubscribing via the link in the footer of each email.

13. Cooperation with Influencers

The contest is presented through the cooperating influencer @milenazampova. The relationship between the Organizer and the influencer is a commercial cooperation relationship. The influencer is not the organizer of the contest and is not responsible for the organization of the contest, the selection of the winner, or the provision of the prize. All inquiries regarding the contest should be directed to the Organizer (info@allureclinic.cz).

14. Final Provisions

The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues in the delivery of applications, lost or damaged photographs, or applications delivered after the deadline.

The Organizer reserves the right to interrupt, shorten, extend, cancel, or amend the contest rules at any time without stating a reason.

Participation in the contest is voluntary. By participating in the contest, the participant expresses full agreement with these rules.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms Inc. (Instagram, Facebook). Participants provide their data to the Organizer, not to Meta.

These rules are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in the Czech Republic.
